14-Day Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Once your return request is submitted, items must be shipped promptly.
Domestic (U.S.) Returns

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.
International Returns

Customers may choose any carrier of their preference.

A packing slip must be included with your return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and fees.

We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance until your return is completed.
Return Fees

A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Eligible Return Conditions
To be accepted, all returned items must meet the following:

Free of odors, stains, or damage

All original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items priced ending in .48 or .97
If final sale items are returned, they will not be processed or returned, and no credit will be issued.
Refund Method
All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Do not submit these items through the return process.
Instead, contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery with:

Inspection & Approval

Reserved Rights

Any non-Xcentric Collections items sent to our facility will be discarded upon receipt.
